YOUR MISSION

En tant qu’apprenti(e) Contrôleur de Projet Central, vous apporterez votre soutien au Contrôle de Gestion Central pour ACS. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de Contrôle de Gestion Programme et l’équipe Comptabilité.

As Contract management you will Support contract management activities within the Procurement function, ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency, and proper documentation.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

FR :

• Rédaction et Révision des Contrats :
  • Assister à la préparation et à la révision des contrats d’achat, en veillant à leur conformité avec les standards de l’entreprise et les exigences légales.
• Développement d’Outils et de Politiques :
  • Contribuer à la création et à la mise en œuvre d’outils, de politiques, de guides et de référentiels relatifs au droit des contrats et à la gestion contractuelle.
• Coordination des Signatures :
  • Suivre et coordonner le processus de signature des contrats via des plateformes électroniques comme DocuSign.
• Validation et Archivage des Contrats :
  • Assurer la bonne validation, le classement et l’accessibilité des contrats dans les référentiels internes.
• Collaboration Transversale :
  • Interagir avec les acheteurs, les juristes et les opérationnels pour assurer une gestion cohérente des documents contractuels.
• Amélioration Continue :
  • Participer à l’analyse des processus existants et proposer des évolutions pour optimiser la gestion des contrats.

• Contract Drafting and Review:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing procurement contracts to ensure alignment with corporate standards and legal requirements.

• Policy and Tool Development:
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of tools, guidelines, and policies related to contract law and management.
• Signature Coordination:
  • Monitor and manage the contract signature workflow using tools such as DocuSign.
• Contract Validation and Archiving:
  • Ensure proper validation and structured archiving of signed contracts within internal documentation systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with procurement officers, legal advisors, and internal clients to collect necessary information and apply best practices.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Take part in process improvement initiatives by analyzing current practices and suggesting enhancements.

YOUR PROFILE

FR :

• Formation : Préparation d’un Master (Bac +4/+5) en Droit, Administration des Affaires, Commerce International ou domaine équivalent – une spécialisation en droit des contrats ou en achats est fortement appréciée..
• Analyse : Compréhension des principes du droit des contrats et de leur application pratique, avec capacité à interpréter et analyser des documents contractuels complexes, en identifiant les clauses clés et les facteurs de risque.
• Communication : Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et orales en français et en anglais.
• Rigueur / Esprit de gestion de projet : Grand souci du détail, précision, et bonnes capacités d’organisation.
• Travail en équipe : Aptitude démontrée à travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
• Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Outils numériques : Connaissance des plateformes de gestion contractuelle telles que DocuSign et Jira est un plus

English:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +4/+5) in Law, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field à academic focus on contract law or procurement is highly desirable.
• Analytical Thinking : Understanding of contract law principles and their practical application and ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual documents, identifying key clauses and risk factors.
• Communication: Written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Detail-Oriented / Project Management mindset : High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational capabilities.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with contract management platforms such as DocuSign and Jira is a plus.
